In addition to optimizing existing bag filter systems, the engineering scope also includes ESP conversion projects, where existing electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) are transformed into modern bag filter systems to meet stricter emission requirements and changing process conditions.
The engineering approach begins with a detailed analysis of the current plant performance — including emission behavior, differential pressure, filter condition, cleaning system, and gas distribution. Based on this on-site evaluation, technically and economically optimized measures are developed.
